MEE6 may not punish users correctly for different reasons.
If, for some reason, MEE6 does not do anything when users break the rules, then
MEE6 may not have enough permissions for it, then check:
1. MEE6 can see/type in the channel.
2. MEE6 can delete the messages from the user.
If MEE6 does punish them, but not exactly what you have added in the dashboard, then please check
1. The hierarchy of the punishment, MEE6 always prioritizes the more severe punishments.
2. That the punishment is correct on the dashboard, if they should be only punished for some time, then please make sure that you put it on temp, instead of the other options.
