Subscriptions Purchased from the MEE6 Website
1. Log In to Your MEE6 Account.
Go to the MEE6 website https://mee6.xyz, click on the blue "Login with Discord" button in the top-right corner of the page.
2. Access Billing page:
In the top right corner, click on your profile picture, then select "Billing" from the dropdown menu.
3. Cancel Your Subscription:
Inside this billing page, find your active subscription.
Click "Manage your subscription " and confirm the cancellation by pressing the corresponding button in the small window that pops up.
For Premium subscriptions, clicking on "Manage your subscription" will redirect you to the MEE6 Bot dashboard and its Premium section. On this page, click the grey text "Cancel subscription" to cancel your Premium subscription.
Subscriptions Purchased from Discord Directly
If you've purchased your MEE6 Premium subscription from the Discord Store directly, you need to cancel the subscription by going to User settings → Subscriptions → App Subscriptions → Manage Subscriptions → Select the subscription, expand it, and press Cancel my subscription
Please refer to the corresponding Discord article if you need any further assistance, as subscriptions purchased via Discord directly can be managed only by Discord. The MEE6 team cannot cancel such subscriptions.
Important notes:
- Canceling your subscription will prevent future billing, but you will still have access to the paid features until the end of your current billing cycle.
- You can change your mind and reactivate a cancelled subscription before it fully expires.
- Subscription cancellation won't create an automatic refund (past payments are not affected).
