MEE6 can help you safeguard your community by automatically removing bad words.
How To Set Up a Bad Words Filter
You will need MEE6 Premium to be able to use the Moderator plugin and its features.
Head to your Server Dashboard > Essentials > Moderator.
Open the plugin page and select Automod tab.
You will now want to make sure the Bad words filter is set to your desired action.
In the example below, we have it set to Delete Message:
Click on the blue button button that is present on all types of filters, highlighted in the small red box (see above).
This will open a new menu where you can add your bad words.
Enter the desired words and press Enter after each word has been entered to make sure they have been set:
Here, you can also edit your permissions on who can bypass these bad words, and also what channels will not be moderated by these filters.
Pro Tip: MEE6 accepts comma separated lists, making addition of bad words much easier. Make sure that the only separator between words is a comma, without any spaces. For example, try copying and pasting this list below: flat,earth,fake,moon,landing,birds,are,not,real
