MEE6 is Offline

Your MEE6 bot is offline?

The normal status for MEE6 is online, indicated by a small green dot, as shown below.

If your MEE6 bot goes offline, the green dot will change to a grey, empty circle.

If this happens, you can join our Support Server and check the latest messages in the #status-updates channel.
If we're aware of any ongoing issues, they will be posted there. Here's an example of such a message:

Please note:
If MEE6 is offline and you see a recent message about it in #status-updates, there’s nothing you need to do. Just be patient while we work to get it back online!

If we do not seem aware of the issue, you can let us know in the server.

Custom Bot (Bot Personalizer) is Offline

If you have Premium and you use the Bot Personalizer feature to have a custom MEE6 bot, which is offline, then try the following:

  1. Make sure that your Premium subscription has not expired and is still active on your server. If your server loses Premium, your custom bot goes offline.
  2. Check our Support server as described above to see if there is an ongoing issue.
  3. If there is no ongoing issue, try resetting your custom bot by resetting its token and entering it on MEE6 dashboard. It is also good to check that all 3 Priviledged Gateway Intents are enabled. Follow this guide for a step-by-step instruction.
