To upgrade your subscription plan for your server, we invite you to contact our Customer Support by one of the following methods:

Please provide:
- Your Discord username, your user ID of the account that made the payments, or your email associated with your Discord account;
- The Discord server you've activated MEE6 AI on (and its ID). It's also called "Guild ID" on our website;
- Which plan you'd like to switch to? You can see the offers on the screenshots below.
- Confirmation that you agree to the additional charges for the upgrade. You won't have to pay the full price of the new plan — we'll discount the purchase by the prorated amount of unused time on your current plan.
Plan downgrades are currently not available.
