Developer mode is handy if you'd like to get an ID on Discord, for example, user ID, server ID, channel ID, role ID etc.
Desktop:
To enable the Developer mode, go to the user settings in Discord, by pressing on the gear icon ⚙️ in the bottom-left part of the screen, next to your account name and status:
Then go to Advanced -> enable Developer Mode.
Mobile App:
Access User Settings -> go to Advanced -> enable Developer Mode.
User Settings can be found by tapping your profile picture in the bottom-right part of the App:
