How To Request a Refund for MEE6 Subscriptions

If something is not working well for you, we invite you to contact us so we could try our best to resolve the issue!

How To Contact MEE6 Support

Choose what works best for you:

Response Time

We respond to every ticket sent to us via email or Discord.
We currently work Monday to Friday.
Average response time is within 24 business hours.
Requests submitted over the weekend will receive a reply on Monday/Tuesday.

How To Request a Refund

We want everyone to have a great experience with MEE6 products.
If you're not satisfied during first week (14 days for purchases in Euro), please contact us and we will issue a full refund.

When contacting us, please provide the following information that would allow us to find your account\purchase right away:

  • Your full Discord username, Discord user ID of the account that made the payments, or the email associated with your Discord account. Please see this Discord article on how to find user or server IDs.
  • The Discord server you've activated MEE6 products on (and its ID), if applicable.
  • The name of the private Discord server where you have purchased a Monetize subscription, if applicable.
  • Which product did you buy?
  • Date of the purchase.
  • Amount of the purchase.
  • Attach the invoice that you got after the purchase, if you have it.

Providing as much information as possible will allow us to resolve your request as soon as possible without asking for clarifications.
