Looking to cancel a Monetize subscription for a private Discord server? Please read this article. This article refers to MEE6 subscriptions - Premium, AI, Pro and AI Characters.
1. Log In to Your MEE6 Account.
Go to the MEE6 website https://mee6.xyz, click on the blue "Login with Discord" button in the top-right corner of the page.
2. Access Billing page:
In the top right corner, click on your profile picture, then select "Billing" from the dropdown menu.
3. Cancel Your Subscription:
Inside this billing page, find your active subscription.
Click "Manage your subscription " and confirm the cancellation by pressing corresponding button in the small window that pops out.
For Premium subscriptions, clicking on "Manage your subscription" will redirect you to MEE6 Bot dashboard and its Premium section. On this page, click grey text "Cancel subscription" to cancel your Premium subscription.
Important notes: - Canceling your subscription will prevent future billing, but you will still have access to the paid features until the end of your current billing cycle. - You can change your mind and reactivate cancelled subscription before it fully expires. - Subscription cancellation won't create an automatic refund (past payments are not affected).
