Quick guide about the /write command
1. What is AI?
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a branch of computer science dedicated to creating systems capable of performing tasks that typically require human intelligence, such as understanding natural language, recognizing patterns, solving problems, and making decisions.
2. How to use /write
Simply go to a text channel on your server and type the slash command /write or your servers' prefix (for example !write).
Next, insert the question or request you would like the AI to reply to. For instance, you can use /write Write a poem about a lost pigeon and the command will reply with an “authentic” poem. Alternatively, you can ask for math or any other questions you would ask on a Search Engine (aka Google/Yahoo/Etc).
Note: You can use it with the default MEE6 or with a Personalized Bot, where paying users can use the slash command in MEE6 DM!
Without a MEE6 AI Subscription (Limited use)
With the MEE6 AI Subscription (Unlimited uses)
3. Can anyone use /write?
Yes, the /write command is free for everyone, however, only MEE6 AI Subscription subscribers have more uses.
All the other users are limited to 10 attempts per account. If you would like to have more prompts, you can visit https://mee6.xyz/en/ai and get it with a subscription.
4. Updating permissions
You can restrict the AI command usage or even prevent your server members from using it.
Removing Prefix Commands usage
- Go to your server settings on Discord.
- Go to AutoMod.
- Add a new Custom Keyword Rule.
- Add !write and set it to Block message.
Changing Slash Commands permission
To change the permissions, or completely disable the /write command, you have to go to your Server Settings -> Integrations -> MEE6 (or your Personalized Bot) -> Search for the /write command -> From here you can edit the command permissions.
